Dunkin' - Willimantic Rd, Chaplin

Let me just get on thing out the way: I 've been a regular for 5 and a half years as this Dunkin has always been my fav for their coffee, sandwiches, but most of all their kind and attentive service. Sadly I can 't say this standard has been upheld. This morning I went for the usual sausage egg and cheese with my hot coffee. But the young, puny lad whose name tag read 'Gavan ' running the register gave me the worst attitude. I could clearly see him tampering with my sandwich after picking his nose. Then he also put in a certain cream when I only asked for 2 sugar. And to top it all off he had the audacity to serve me with the smuggest grin. Get. Him. Out.

They are always super polite and quick but I got my food today and it looked like this. Not only that I didn’t receive all of the food I paid for.

This place used to be my absolute favorite. Since they hired new younger employees with horrible attitude it’s been horrible slow service

Always very polite and often they will remember your order.

I don’t know her name, but the lady that works most mornings is the worst Dunkin’ worker I have ever dealt with and shouldn’t even be working customer service. There is never a line and she seems angry every time we go through. Eye rolls, slamming down drinks, dirty looks. It’s one thing if we’re rude, it’s another to do it for absolutely no reason other than you hate your job that much. I always say thank you and be extra nice to try to up her mood but nope. Please get rid of her. It’s the only Dunkin convenient to go to and I’m sick of dealing with this rude lady.
