Prince Albert Hotel - Williamstown

I decided to try a pub burger and I'm glad I did. The burger was fantastic, especially the Wagyu beef which was a definite winner. The beetroot spread was a new addition that really enhanced the flavor. Overall, this dish is a winner. However, I wasn't a fan of the fries as they were too plain for my taste. Perhaps adding some light spices would complement the great burger. The menu was excellent, especially in highlighting where the produce comes from. Great job! I will definitely be returning. One additional bonus is the convenient location of the hotel. Cheers, Matthew.

I had my birthday lunch at this restaurant with a group of about 35 people. The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was friendly. A special thanks to Michael Snedden for organizing this special occasion. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I recommend ordering from the a la carte menu right from the kitchen pass at the rear of the restaurant.

The new owners (as of 2014) have really amped this pub up! The perfect blend of casual and class.
