Zyndas - WILLIAMSTON

I went to Zyndas for the first time on Friday night before seeing a play with the Williamston Theatre and had a very disappointing experience. We came with a reservation and I was so excited to finally eat here. Upon ordering our meal, we were told it could take up to 25 minutes, which was absolutely fine because we came with PLENTY of time. Just incase, we informed our server about our time crunch. In the meantime, we enjoyed our drinks. Almost an entire hour went by and we still haven't gotten our food, however we did get an apology and we were told it would be very soon. We waited for an additional half hour before we really had to go because our play was at 8. Our food was ready at 7:55 and we unfortunately had to have it bagged up to take home without even trying it. On our way out, we were asked if we got a gift certificate which we did not... After the play, we went home to enjoy our meal that we had been long anticipating and one of our meals were not there. I was really looking forward to this dining experience and I am deeply saddened by how disappointing it was. First time here. Will be back when I am in the area. It will be my first choice. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. Carrot cake is amazing for dessert!
