Samantha and Alexis have gone above and beyond with their customer service and making sure my order was correct and hot and fresh!!!
Ordered off the app. Was told order was ready. Arrived and waited another 20 minutes. Ordered Xtra crispy and received soggy original.
I am supposing that KFC has been affected by shrinkflation. The chicken leg could be classified as a wing.
Got order wrong so had to go through the drive-thru a second time. Food was delicious.
