Bidrage med feedbackAs the case seems, this place has significantly decreased from my previous review. quality and freshness of foods has been significantly reduced. will not come back. sushi was old, and flavored, tee didn't taste well everything and felt like it had been made in the evening before. You know, you know, you know, you've been cooking on the buffet.
Went there shortly after they changed to Nagoya was disappointed and won't be back. We frequently visited when it was Sakura and liked it. After the name change it seemed like the quality went down hill and the prices went up. Our last visit was on a Sunday afternoon, I spent $16 for one person. The food was lukewarm, the buffet hardly had any food in the containers. What was there was like the bottom of the barrel. When we complained they acted like they didn't care or didn't understand us. I won't go back. I will order my Chinese from a take out restaurant. Just read the reply from the owners. It's a bunch of lies! They told us nothing. The person that took our money didn't even respond when we told him we were unhappy.
To start, the seat of the booth we were sat in was ripped. The selection of food was bare minimum for a buffet. I love sushi and have never even thought there could be sushi I didn't like until I came here. It's bland, boring and I suspect sitting out for a while. Their dessert selection is literally dry cookies laid out under a light, generic cookies from bags as it looked like off brand Oreos and similar. Other choices include ice cream in prepackaged cups, I chose butter pecan and it literally had no pecans in it at all. I tried their banana bread pudding, that was disappointing, and my boyfriend tried what looked like a fluffy colorful mousse in a cup, but wasn't able to eat it because the aftertaste was like paint or a chemical. He had me try it because it was that bad. It was funny at the time but we decided we'll never come back here unless they make some serious changes. I suspect a lot of the reviews raving about this place are fake, because this visit was actually my second and I really wanted to give this place another chance and all that happened is that I was even more disappointed. Sad.
Horrible! The food choices were horrible. Everything was dried out. The mac and cheese was dry and crusted. The gravy and chocolate pudding had dried dark rings around the tops. The noodles were in a pile of watery brown sauce. We were scared to eat hardly anything. Never going back. We always went when it was Sakura. Never again! And we ended up with upset stomachs from the little tiny bit we did eat. Which was only 2 plates, barely full, we didn’t even finish what was on them. $25 for nothing but bad food and upset stomachs! Pretty sure my daughter, who is only 6, and I both have food poisoning from it!
Food wasn't fresh, a customer dropped tongs on the floor and took them up the the waitress and told them they fell on the floor and she took them and placed them back on the table for the customers to use and while I'm sitting here eating dinner the waitress has her 2 sons sitting next to us and the youngest was steady picking his nose. Nobody wants to see that, I couldn't even finish my dinner because of the scenery!! Make sure to check receipts if you have children, prices are different but they try to charge the kids as adults
