Old Chickahominy House - Williamsburg

I absolutely adore the Old Chickahominy House! I always order Melinda's Special paired with their coconut cream pie. The food is amazing, and the service is outstanding. The atmosphere is charming, and the staff is very friendly. If you haven't been there yet, it's definitely a must-visit spot. Parking is limited, but it's worth it for a tasty meal. It’s also a great place for kids!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even without an outdoor server today, they allowed us to eat outside and brought our food out so we could enjoy it with our dog. The food was delicious and satisfying, and the service was quick at very reasonable prices.

I highly recommend it for both dine-in and quick takeout lunches! My favorite is Miss Melinda's Special, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu—especially the biscuits and pie!

My son and I sat down at the table we thought the lady that sitted us pointed to only to be told about a minute later that we had moved and was at the wrong table. We apologized and were moved to a table for 5. It was very awkward and I ended up falling on the floor. The manager/ owner I guess) did come by while I was still on the floor and asked if he needed to call someone. I said no. I never saw him again!!! We decided to stay and eat. Our waitress was very abrupt and not pleasant at all. Our food was not very good. Ham and biscuits were so dry and hard to chew and swallow. The desserts were actually pretty good. On our way out 4 different customers asked me how I was doing. I appreciated their concern because the management sure didn't care how I was doing
