Cumberland River Coffee - Williamsburg

We had a wonderful lunch! The sandwiches were excellent, and the coffee was delicious! It's an absolutely beautiful place!

I ordered a peppermint white chocolate mocha Frappuccino. It is supposed to be a blended drink topped with whip cream and chocolate flakes. They handed me an iced coffee I could have gotten from McDonald’s. It tastes awful too. The coffee they put in it is so bitter that I couldn’t drink it. I’ve had so much better from other Starbucks. I was just in London and I should have stopped there instead. I’ll remember to drive 30 minutes out of my way for a good coffee. I’ll remember to never go to this Starbucks. Highly disappointed.

We visited this restaurant three times in just two days! First off, they have fantastic hours, staying open until 9:00 PM. They serve both hot and cold coffees, and I believe they also offer smoothies. The prices are very affordable, and I appreciate that the coffee is served nice and warm. There are plenty of options to choose from, and the atmosphere is really pleasant. Plus, there's free parking on the street. I plan to try their baked goods next! We're really happy we discovered this spot. It might get busy with college students in the morning, but don't let that deter you; we always found a place to sit.
