Nando's - Willetton

I called three times to command one. the first time I was taken into the handle, but then was suspended. that's not a problem, I'm getting back, hold tight, wait 7 minutes, and again they hang on me. I am a third time and ask to get back into the handle, I say no, and she takes my order we come into the load (after 40 minutes, because we know that their 20 minutes wait is never true). they pick up our order, and there are 3 of the items missing. then we wait 15 minutes until they cook the things. we then know that they are all in the wrong sauce, we have asked for bbq, but have lemon and crumbled. simple audibility and customer service would be nice. they offered to cook it...read more

*worked evaluation shockingly bad. I'm here a few times, and that's gonna be bad to swallow it. we ordered the mixed plate and what we got was terrible. 1/2 chicken was burned black, 8 bbq ribs were shockingly tiny and all were burned (70% black). only what was edible were the 4 tenderloins, which were also partially burned. I always order the same thing that is a 1/2hun meal, peri peri chips with perinaise chip diving on the side and their peri peri chips are great, but I always get the hunch and the charcoal on the top taste like chemicals that taste the whole piece of the chicken absolutely whack. it is enough to be shut off by nando’s huhn, unless they had done it differently than I suspect? I can't live for the life of me to mistake their customer service. Hang down from the best nando where you'll ever eat! don't skip the taste and give it all they want. chicken pliers are always perfectly cooked. I literally get out of the way to eat here.

It was horrible. Firstly we waited 45 minutes to an hour for a simple meal, then after we finally got our meal, our chips were soggy, and the tenderloins weren't even there. This was disgraceful as since we waited so long for an over priced meal, of which was not to a satisfactory standard, half of it wasn't even there. Never coming back to this Nando's as it is clear they have poor staff workers. Disgraceful.
