I’m gluten sensitive, My partner is celiac, We had one of the best meals of our life here, last night!!

I went to serafina with high expectations from previous reviews, I was not disappointed. I told the waiter that I had zöliakie, he immediately knew what my allergy was and explained my menu options. I could eat almost the entire menu; all pastas can be replaced for a gf pasta alternative. my suggestion is the tagliolini cacio et pepe, it has a rich parmesan taste. my zöliakie onkel did not experience any negative effects after the meal, I had some inconvenience, but I care that the contamination of my party and not the kitchen cross.

Maurice, the owner, took care of me very well by sharing that his cousin is zöliakie, so he is very knowledgeable. maurice met me at the entrance, led me to our table, brought us the menus, then croatian beside me, went over any item I could order (which was almost everything).

I could eat nearly the entire menu; all pastas can be substituted for a gf pasta alternative. My one suggestion is trying the Tagliolini Cacio et Pepe, it has a rich parmesan flavour. My celiac uncle experienced no adverse affects after the meal, I had some discomfort but I attribute that to cross contamination from my party and not the kitchen.
