Bidrage med feedbackMade an order of two pizzas. I couldn't believe how difficult they made it to order a highest pizza, no mushrooms to add Jalapeno. I then ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza. I was waiting for two pizzas and cheese bread for almost 40 minutes. They served customers who came after me and ordered and had more pizzas than I did and got their food first. Then only to complete it they got my order wrong, they gave me a pepperoni pizza and then a sausage pizza after I had ordered a pizza with both. Common sense would have told everyone I wanted a paprika and sausage pizza, not one of everyone. A recap 40 minutes and a wrong order won't be back soon.
I went in tonight at 8:40pm to get an batman pizza.Was told they could not make one for me. Ok then I'll take a Hot-n-Ready pizza.We don't have any ready and want make one for me. Twenty minutes till closing and you want serve customers WOW. I guess the owners of this store makes so much money ? that they don't need customers. What ever happened to customer service? I guess thats a thing of the past
The new Batman Calzoney was better than anticipated. Way better! Drove by, placed order, paid, and was on my way back home in less than 6 min.
Wonderful staff, they make my stupid pizza at request without any issues, ever. I enjoy mine without sauce. Most places have a hard time with that simple request. Not sure why it 's such a hard request, but I can 't even go to Pizza Hut order my complicated pizza ? because they never get it right. As for the rest of the food that I order for my family (because everyone wants something different), it 's all really good. I love the cheap prices, very fast service (still faster than anywhere else even on their busiest days). And once again, the staff is super friendly always polite always willing to make sure you 're (the customer, no matter who) is completely satisfied with what you 're buying. So, no complaints here, honestly. And I don 't generally say that ?. I mean if there was one thing I had to be picky about it, I 'd ask for a Little Cesar 's closer to me as I drive about an hour 20 minutes there, getting the pizza getting home. Which sucks. But I 'll drive past 2 Pizza Huts, Dominos, Papa John 's a few privately owned Pizza places, just to get to Little Cesar 's get my pizzas stuff for my family. Plus it 's cheaper than anywhere else tastes better.
The workers here are great and get our order right every time. Pizza is always delicious. However, three out of the last four times that we've ordered online, our order was not placed in the portal, and there was room in the portal all three times. We have had to speak to a cashier to get it from the ovens behind the counter, one time resulting in me waiting for over 20 minutes due to it being during the lunch rush. Doesn't seem like a good idea to increase people's wait time indoors with Covid still going on. Outside that, the whole reason we use online ordering is so we can go in, get our order, and leave in under 60 seconds without having to wait on or speak to anybody. It seems strange to have this really great feature for customers and not use it.
