Koto's - Wilkesboro

We decided to give this restaurant a try after hearing good things about it. Our lunch experience was excellent – the staff was attentive, the food was delicious and served promptly. We left in a great mood and were glad we stopped by.

I ordered a salad for takeout and when I returned to enjoy it, I was shocked by what was in my container. I am appalled by what I received and will be reporting it to the local health department.

The menu was decent. The server was friendly and attentive. However, the food was not fresh, it tasted dry and lacked flavor. The rice also seemed like it had been sitting out for a while.

With mama. it took 15 minutes to drink. I finally had to ask for my drink. two sushi rolls ordered. Crunchy roll was pathetic and nasty. the rainbow roll was made completely different from the picture. So I sent the rainbow roll back and asked for a spider roll. I never did. also ordered a side of lo my noodles, they had crispy cooked pieces, which I only suspect was other food. at least they tasted decent. only 1 glass tee all the time. after all this and deep and behold, I looked at the wall next to me and saw a vengeance. Of course, this is the time I will eat here.

Went here to eat with my mom. we sat down it took about 15 minutes to get a drink. we finally had to ASK for our drink to be brought to us. I ordered 2 sushi rolls and a plate of Lo mein noodles my mom ordered hibachi steak. her steak was CRUNCHY the crunchy roll was dry, nasty, and pathetic the rainbow roll had been made completely different than the picture. and the avocados were BROWN so I sent it back. the Lo mein was dry and had burnt crunchy pieces of food mixed into the noodles. We only got the one glass of tea the entire time. we were there for an hour maybe a little longer. I never got the other sushi roll (rainbow roll) after the neglect from the waitress and the nasty food served to us LOW AND BEHOLD I noticed my mom looking at the wall beside of us. and there sat a roach. right above our table on the WALL. after that we got up and left.. without a refill and without my second sushi roll. LAST TIME I will EVER eat here.
