New que for drive in service is confusing and hard to navigate. n nStaff always gets my order correct. Thanks

I had to turn around for my ice coffee to be corrected because I ordered 9 granulated sugars and received 0. When they corrected the coffee is still only had about 5 sugars in it. I make these myself all the time and I know what 9 sugars looks like settled at the bottom of the cup. $4.12 for a coffee and they can’t even make it the way you ask two separate times.
