Carol's Deli And Bakery - Wilkes-Barre

I visited this bakery for the first time and found the staff to be very friendly. By chance, it's a Mexican bakery. I tried one of their baked goods for the first time and it was delicious! I had to go back for more! I’m not sure what it’s called, but it can be quite addictive. My favorite filling was the cream cheese, but they also offer pineapple, guava, and strawberry. Their flan is also really good!

I visit this restaurant frequently and have tasted many of their baked goods. So far, I've tried pastelillos, rugalas, oregas, and zimtrolles, but rugalas are definitely my favorite. They are also available on DoorDash. My only wish is that they were in a better location.
