Auntie Anne's - Wilkes Barre

The last 3 or 4 times I went here, the pretzels were consistently dry or burnt...or both. I won't be going there anymore. I'm tired of wasting my money and I'm tired of the impertinent staff. So please, unless you you like dryed-out, black-burntpretzels, STAY AWAY!

The quality has really declined compared to what they charge. It's just not the same anymore.

The pretzels are tasty, but the Barrie twig drink feels like a rip-off.

My son and I visited the Wyoming Valley Mall on a Sunday, as we usually do, and we always stop to grab some nuggets and a smoothie. When we arrived around 5:15, the girl serving us seemed quite impatient. I ordered two nuggets and two smoothies, but she informed me that they had run out of smoothies for the day. I assumed this was because the mall closed at six. We then walked to the food court to find smoothies elsewhere, and on our way back past Auntie Annie, I saw the same girl who had told us they were out of smoothies preparing one for another customer. I was really upset about this situation, but my son asked me not to say anything.
