Jersey Mike's Subs - Wildomar

Went in on 06-10-24 at 1123am and walked out without ordering. Standing ready to order, waited for somebody to greet me or acknowledge me, both never happened. Plenty of workers working, making sandwiches that looked at me. Just got the vibe that they didn't want to be bothered with another customer. So I just walked over to Taco Bell, and they were more professional.

I was just at this place, walked in, no one said hi or was ready to serve me. There was one worker busy making mobile orders. Finally after 11 minutes of standing at the counter they finally asked for my order. Not the jersey mikes experience to wish for, they definitely need help

Joshua has great customer service and you can tell he loves his job. He is a great asset to Jersey mikes. I will definitely return to this location and refer my family and friends here as well.

Fast service and friendly staff. The sandwiches we got were yum and want to try others next time. Plenty of parking in lot.
