Restaurant Burgerstub'n - Wildenstein

Lovely restaurant. Very cute decor. A real treasure hidden down a lane just slightly off the main road. The meal was the best i've ever had. Be sure to go with the traditional Austrian meals. The menu isn't in english but the waitress had very good english translated everything. You must go here if you are nearby!

I took my daughter, who currently works in Bad Ischl, here for a meal that looked at other reviews. I wasn't disappointed. First, it is one of the few restaurants that are open on Monday night, the interior is modernly spacious but traditional. Service was efficient, friendly, but inconspicuous. English menu available and English is spoken. The food was very good. We had the filled emptying and bruised beef and the portions were good, but not impossible large. Typical house cooked Austrian fare. Account including two beers and desserts was a reasonable 54 euros. Highly recommended if you wish a good midrange in Bad Ischl. Just be aware, no credit cards accepted, only cash.

If you don't know where this restaurant is, miss it almost. But that's a good restaurant. Service was friendly and relaxed. I personally had the fillets delicately grilled €17.80) and that was a good meal. You can't pay here with the card, but nearby there is a cash withdrawal.

Do not let yourself be of the strange name or easy to find place. It wasn't much open on a Monday night, but we were so glad to find this place. Beautiful traditional house style food for good value. The lady who served us was very nice and we enjoyed chatting with her. They even divided our common dessert into two plates. Make sure to taste their flavored water that makes them local.

Very lovely restaurant hidden outside the center, a bit difficult to find but please try, very nice food and warm hospitality. The waitress is very friendly. Food is delicious, we tried boil pork belly which is fantastic, soft and juicy with a spicy kick. The best we had so far in our last 5 days in Austria. We also had fish filet, taste good just not as impressive as the pork belly though. Btw, very reasonably priced. Drinks are cheap
