Michael's Pasta In The Pan - Wilbraham

I was so frustrated that I considered leaving. I understand that by 8:30 PM, the staff may want to head home, but as a waitress myself, I know that this kind of service would never be acceptable where I work. When I asked to speak with the manager, a waitress overheard my complaint and whispered about it instead of addressing my concerns properly. All I wanted was to enjoy a good meal in peace, but that didn’t happen. I've never been so unhappy that I wouldn't return. I used to be a regular at Michael's, but not anymore. An honest apology would have gone a long way, but instead, my waitress continued on while another tried to explain their cleaning process. At my job, we clean thoroughly after all customers have left, even after the kitchen closes. I am just so disappointed!

The bread wasn't fresh, and the sauce was just decent. However, the waitress was very nice.
