Hibachi Express - Wiggins

This place is pretty good. The roles always look amazing. You have a brilliant sushi cook. You must be careful when you place your order. You have to say exactly what you want. I recommend the Mississippi Roll. It's amazing. You have other roles I have to try. I only eat boiled sushi, so if you sneak under boiled fish, I will be of zero help to you. I'm just eating cooked food. It is in a stripe so that the restaurant is small and they are usually quite busy so you need to wait a while to get your food, but I had no bad food from there. It is kept clean and the owners seem friendly. I don't think she has a broad English vocabulary. There's usually a young man running the counter.

I love her ginger dress and they weren't on the shrimp! Great place to get Hibachi.

Food is great, service is great, prices are comparable to those in similar restaurants on the coast. I mainly come to sushi, which is a pleasant surprise. The fish is very freshly tasted. Rolls are properly prepared. The Sushi quality is not to say... Samurai sushi quality, but also not the prices. I have her chicken Hibachi dinner a few times and I am very happy with it. Serving sizes of chicken and vegetables could definitely be bigger, but this is just my opinion. The din-in food is currently served on paper plates. I would like to see that they will get real plates and cups in the future, as the dining area is very nice, although crowded. 5 stars :

Very good food!! Had the Yummy Highlander roll definitely recommend if you like spicy sushi! Also love the kids menu. I hate going to hibachi restaurants that don't have good kid menus, but this one has great choices. Makes it a lot easier to bring the kiddos.
