Bidrage med feedbackWe were invited out for tea last week and decided to go Indian, my colleague suggested Rahmans in Ince, so off we went, arriving around 530ish. Whilst being an old Public House there was plenty of space around you, unlike others that pack as many seats and tables in as they can and you cant move. Decor was a little sparse, however the food more than made up for that..... I had the Katori starter which was lovely followed by the Chefs special which was tasty and full of Chicken Beef and King prawns, I havent had as good a tasty Indian meal in years, and I mean years. At £11.50 for the main it didnt break the bank either. Service was good, we all enjoyed our food and left like stuffed ducks !!! Cant wait to back soon
Me and my friend went here good food but not the best quality there was plenty and hot but I've had better food elsewhere but didn't wanna travel further to it...
Decided on a change of curry house and being local we thought wed give this place a try. Upon arrival staff were very friendly and the menu was extensive with plenty of choice. I took my own beers and was given a glass and bottle opener. When the starter came i couldn't believe the size of it it was like a main meal but lovely. I opted for the tandoori mixed grill which was amazing loads of meat all cooked perfectly And all sundries were lovely. Staff were very attentive and freindly will deffo be back again soon.
I visited this restaurant to enjoy a pleasant evening with close friends. The ambiance and decor were charming, but not everyone in our group enjoys Indian cuisine. I suggest offering an English menu as an alternative, which should be of comparable quality to the Indian menu. Unfortunately, my personal experience with the English menu was disappointing - my steak and chips were inedible. If the restaurant cannot execute English dishes well, they should consider removing them from the menu.
This Indian restaurant is hidden away at the top of Belle Green Lane in Higher Ince. We have visited several times and have always been impressed with the delicious food they serve, especially considering the affordable prices. They do not serve alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own and they provide glasses at no extra charge. This is not a fancy fine dining establishment, but a casual and authentic Indian restaurant with friendly staff and reasonable prices.
