Morrisons Cafe - Wigan

I had my first and last full English breakfast at this restaurant today. The meal came quickly, but unfortunately the bacon was nearly raw and the beans were very low quality. The only positive aspect was leaving the restaurant. Overall, I would advise anyone considering dining at Morrison's cafe to think twice. Disgusting is an understatement for this experience.

The food took a very long time to arrive, but when it did, it was decent. I would not recommend visiting if you have any plans in the next 3-5 working days.

The restaurant is slow, unnecessarily complicated, and overpriced. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. This was our first and last visit to a cafe that used to be excellent. Unfortunately, cost-cutting measures have really diminished the quality.

Visited today, absolutely will not be returning, firstly met on entering by the most miserable person I’ve met in my life, how she actually as a job is beyond me, leaning on a rail no welcome no instructions to new guild lines no customer service skills! Had to listen to the till staff moaning in the kitchen about how she hates being on the till rather then actually serving us! Food came cold and missing items, mentioned to a different staff member who just replied with ok!!Definitely would insist on retraining of that staff, When do many people are being made redundant who would expect staff to actually want to be employed, shocking!

35 minutes to wait for 2x cheese and mushroom omelettes chips beans and a burger and hardly anyone in at 230pm when it arrived I wouldn’t give either meals to my dog.Chips burnt cold dry tried to eat the omelette then found a hair underneath it which turned my stomach.This place has got worse ..filthy tables filthy floor cutlery and cups stained and dirty.Complained about the food received money back but no apology for the shoddy service and disgusting inedible food.Come in Morrisons get your act together !
