Placed an order for delivery from N8's gebracht tonight. After an hour and no delivery, we called to ask about how much longer the order would be. Well they hadn't even started preparing our order--after an entire hour! We asked how much longer it would take, and they said about 25 minutes. I asked if they could guarantee that the food would be here in 25 minutes, and they started backpedalling, saying well, no, because it's a 10 minute drive, so, maybe 30 minutes. We told them to just cancel our order, as it's completely unacceptable for our food to arrive 90 minutes after placing an order. They didn't even apologize. Completely unacceptable service.
