Enzianhütte - Wiesbaden

The enzianhütte impresses above all with the ambiente. we were very skeptical as the actual hut on the upper parking deck of the west center stood empty forever. the operators (I think they used to have the old school managed to forget about it completely. the wooden house is cozy and warm (also in winter you should wear it in a tweepering technique, so you can take off. In summer you can sit on the terrace next door. but with industry flair. you look at the neighboring warehouse, depending on where you sit. (with a lot of fantasies, it could be an interesting one. the food is bavarious and completely ok for the otto normal consumer. to some it is a bit fat, but it tastes like nuts, but not as delicious as oma : .... the prices are staggered. the main courts are favorable if one dispenses with saturation supplements. they must be ordered in many cases and cost extra. Nevertheless we find it cozy there and if I go to hüttenambiente, we will be happy to go by. also other guests must see it so, the enzianhütte is actually well visited.

We were now in the enzian hut at the weekend too hospitable and I must admit I was a bit preferred by the more negative experiences I had read before and my lifemate was as well. we were so cautiously waiting and therefore pleasantly surprised about the further course of the evening. added, we were very early there and that was locally still empty what we had and therefore also our drinks came immediately, not on the spot cooled diw. sort them out and bottle we had in different designs with poliks, meat, ok panade, now the sauce was also in order, taste and consistency just a little, but you could reorder. of course, against price . the ingredients of the supplemental salad were all fresh, the amount of dressing was balanced, but only united address no choice and the swirls that were at least my problem, I am used to coming as rings or discs on the salat, not as spoons of small chopped under the salat and they should not taste bitter, but what my did not. from 18 o'clock it was then suddenly full and the one came around 19 o'clock was given to him the announcement, but it takes at least 1 hour until the commands arrive. I would like to make it clear here that the operators of the enzianhütte have changed a certain time ago. the bad reviews from recent years are therefore not for the company that is currently being operated! we are convinced of the enzian hut, the personal and the quality of eating and now see us as master. at any visit or at any order the service was simply excellent and it was fantastic and that at an unbeatable price! I myself do not know any other restaurant where I can order without looking at the lunch menu, because it just always tastes super! at this place again explicitly a large lob and many thanks for the great service!
