Bidrage med feedbackOur first Guinness pints in Ireland were enjoyed at the Bridge’s Tavern. We ate fish and chips, excellent. Didn’t love the burger meat. The chicken wings were the best we ever had, crispy, hot and bathed in hot sauce.
Visited with my Daughter and granddaughter on Saturday evening. We ordered our food , i decided on the yellow curry when it arrived it looked nothing like a curry , a small ramekin of rice surrounded by lots of green beans , potatoe gravy it was probably the worst meal i have had for a long long time. I conveyed my disappointment to the waitress, and she apologised , i shall not return .
Food over priced for what is served and the location. It is basically pub food Sever in a pub lounge. Quality is ok but portions are small.
Started poorly, but half decent food saves the day. We booked a table, and arrived on time. Our waitress informed us that they didn't have 4 or 5 of the drinks we wanted ... like, seriously, no coke Zero? Guinness was ok. Ordered 4 starters, 3 were correct, however they were not really apologetic, at all. I took the incorrect starter since they weren't bothered about getting me the correct one. Mains arrived. Steaks great, bass too, however forgot our onion rings. Dessert. We didn't bother. The food that came was good, but seriously inadequate staffing front of house.
Lovely hotel on the river in Wicklow. Staff very friendly … food excellent and accommodation spacious clean and comfy. We would definitely recommend it.
