Rancho Nuevo Mexican - Wichita

Delicious. Stopped by in Wichita during vacation and came across their grand opening. Didn't expect much from it, but boy was I wrong. Elia waited on us. She was so friendly and amazing and the margaritas were delicious. I hope they are the same when I go back next year.

Every traditional Mexican restaurant has its own unique take on authenticity, and Rancho Nuevo is no different. It brought back memories of Grandma Nelly's kitchen (House Chicken Noodle)! The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of choices. The food was served hot and fresh, and everything arrived in a timely manner. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this spot for an authentic taste if you're craving some traditional Mexican cuisine and happen to be in the area.

Great food and atmosphere! Best salsa in town! I really enjoyed the food and amazing service. We went for an early dinner so they weren't busy, but wonderful service all around. I enjoyed my shredded beef, soft taco. I recommend this menu item as well as the cheese dip! My daughter enjoyed her cheese quesadilla, as well. Very nice sitting area that can accommodate larger groups.

This is a new hidden gem in West Wichita. The crispy taco and carne asada tacos were the best we have had in a long time, the queso was creamy with the right amount of flavor, the margaritas had a great balance, and the service was amazing. We will be back!

This place is fantastic! The margaritas are far from your typical pre-made mix – they’re incredibly delicious. The salsa and chips are among the best I’ve ever tasted! This is a must-visit for everyone!
