Cold Stone Creamery - Wichita

I truly love Cold Stone, but the location I visited today had really poor customer service and an unwelcoming atmosphere.

If you haven't tried the ice cream here, you're missing out! It’s truly a treat for your taste buds. After a long, hot, and windy week, whether you choose a cone or a cup, this ice cream is sure to satisfy. Don’t worry about counting calories—indulge a little! Is this a cheat day? Why not! Enjoy every scoop!

This was our first visit, and we were very pleased with our experience. I’m not sure why the ratings are so low, unless perhaps the western dishes aren't as good as those at the place we tried on North Rock Road. The young man who assisted us took the time to explain the options, which we really appreciated. We were both very happy with our choices. The portions were generous and could easily serve as a full meal for the day.

The young lady who helped us on 8/26/2021 has made an amazing job while she was short staff! the owner and the manager should be proud of them. I would hire her in a heartbeat.

No masks. No gloves. Didn't wash hands before serving. 1 girl wiped her nose multiple times and then touched my ice cream. No regard for the safety of customers or themselves.
