Arby's - Wichita

The Arby's in Newton, Kansas is extremely clean and the store manager is excellent at dealing with people. It makes me wonder if he ever has moments of mental breakdowns from constantly being so nice. I know I couldn't maintain that level of niceness all the time. He definitely deserves some time in a rage room. Dealing with difficult customers can be challenging for anyone, and it's impressive that he is able to handle it so well.

We decided to use the drive-thru at this restaurant. We ordered a chicken wrap and a French dip. The cashier at the window was friendly and efficient. Our order was prepared carefully and not rushed, even though it was close to lunch time. The lettuce and tomato in the wrap were of good quality and very fresh. The slices of chicken were cooked perfectly and remained intact inside the wrap, making them tender and delicious. The bacon was also tasty. Surprisingly, the melted cheese did not make the cold lettuce and tomato in the wrap soggy. The dressing added a nice touch to the overall flavor. The crinkle fries were hot and crispy. My husband's French dip was also very well made. We highly recommend this location for a satisfying meal.

The prices have increased and it is important to maintain the high quality as well. The mozzarella sticks were delicious!

Food was delicious, but wish they wouldn't put Arby sauce on their supreme roast beef sandwiches. The cashier must have been new cuz she was having problems processing the order.
