Arby's - Wichita

The service was quick and friendly, but unfortunately I received the wrong sandwich. I didn't realize until I got home and had to return to get the correct one. They didn't offer any compensation for the mix-up, but they did remake my order. I had to wait for it again, but the jalapeno poppers were delicious and fresh. Once I finally got the correct sandwich, it was good. However, they lost a star for the mistake.

The person who took the order was very rude and they can say that they don't want to be there, but the girl in the window is very nice and pleasant. but my chicken strips were hard, I couldn't even eat them

The whole floor was sticky and the employees didn't engage with anybody do you got your food and you got out no smiling nothing

Would have been great but no napkins given at the drive through on a slow Thursday at 8pm is just bad. Food was good but messy in the car. Guess I have to ask for napkins!
