Whataburger - Wichita Falls

I went to this Whataburger twice and both times they clinked my order. I order a bowl of bacon that gives me sausages, no ice cream, they fill the cup... I don't understand. I only use the app to list my orders and order them according to my nutritional needs. Check all orders to make sure they are correct when you go here.

Simple place to get a good burger and some fried foods. Nothing wrong in this place they are just a little expensive and try to get you out of the way as quickly as possible. Conscious for fast food, but not the biggest on customer service. Food: 4/5

Worst Burger I ever had. Soggy bread from all fat and meat not completely boiled. I don't eat wet burgers. I am disgusting and will never eat this Whataburger again. I literally fed the burger out of my vehicle window after taking a bite. Fries were flimsy and not completely boiled. The only good in my order was the Sprite. Pretty pathetic. I should have taken my money to Braums. You never served me a bad burger. Time and again

Lunch. My typical meal ordered. I have to get to my location. Started food on my delicious Whataburger frits with spicy ketchup. I had a sip from my Dr. Pep... what did you do? What did you do? Your friendly amazing staff managed to destroy my lunch with the worst drink from your wide selection of drinks. You could have given something different and I would have cleaned it away, but no! They insult me with a UN-sweet UNiced tea. You have to fix that. They don't give people who want sweet icey drinks, unsweetened unsweetened drinks. Put them to another place. People move and park. From what's right, you have to do that right. It ends the meal. It is the last thing that flows over my taste buds and down my throat. It's the last thing I'm gonna remember about eating with your establishment. Find out! Don't do it again!

This place was absolutely SCARY in drive up window one very narrow lane cars in front and behind I was asking questions about a new menu item and was told not available so asked about a chicken sandwich that whataburger employee named Amalie answered with smartalec comments would have left but couldn't get out of line I get to the window pick up the food and thought she was going to attack me physically I was stuck couldn't get away from her finally got to drive forward but was AFRAID to eat the food this needs to be looked into I'm very surprised and shocked at the things that were said and the gangster type attitude of this employee. She sure wants to draw unemployment real bad. This ordeal was so bad I started to call 911 this woman terrified me.
