The prices are very reasonable, and the service is quick. The manager is fantastic—you're really fortunate to have them! Plus, the pizza was excellent and made just as I requested. Definitely give the brownies a try; they're delightful!

Regardless of the reason, the lack of professionalism was unacceptable, especially since the employees were more focused on TikTok than on serving customers. I truly dislike unprofessionalism! It’s disappointing to see companies so desperate for staff that they hire individuals who can’t maintain a good service standard, which ultimately degrades their business. In contrast, establishments like Chick-fil-A remain consistently busy because they uphold high service standards and provide top-quality food. People go there for that experience. I can't help but wonder how long this Pizza Hut will stay open after such a terrible experience. The lights were on, but it felt like nobody was home!

I ordered online at 12:45. Upon arrival to the store at 1:05 they inform me that the manager had to go to get cheese and that my order would be finished later.

Pizza showed up twice with toppings slid to one side. One of those times it showed 1hr. Late!
