Great service with fast lunch. quick table service with attentive waiting staff. food made to table with fast ordering time

Went in, only had 2 waitresses working, was an in climate weather day roads were icy, kudos to the staff that showed up. They made sure the staff was bot overwhelmed, seated people kinds slow to prevent this over crowding.. great move, helps with service

Chilis is almost always a consistently good restaurant across the board. This location is no different. However, on this particular visit, we were given a salsa that I would not call salsa. It was more like Cholula (hot sauce) and had alot of chili powder in it. If this is what Chili's has switched to, I will never order it again.

Went on Christmas Overmorrow, party of 9. Only waited about 6 mins for a table. Servers were pretty prompt and fast when not overwhelmed between us and the large group next to us. Food was good and a few small things were forgotten. All of it rectified quickly.

I ordered from online and I usually do a lot but this time the sauce was everywhere on the box and bag the chicken was black and burnt the only reason I didn’t go back up there is because I’m tired from working all day this is ridiculous I even paid extra for extra chicken it was rubbery
