Tim Hortons - Wiarton

I always just go in now, because it's generally much quicker. It doesn't matter which store you go to anymore, the drive thrus are ridiculously slow, not necessarily because of staff, but because of people ordering every damn thing off the menu ?. Seriously people, if you're ordering food, go in. I used to work at a Tim's, it was so frustrating to have drive thru customers with orders of food that needed to be prepped because all the people sitting in line wanting only a coffee would be waiting for us to prep some moron's full food order. If you're wanting more than drinks/donuts/muffins/bagels, do the drive thru staff/simple order customers right GO IN ?

They mess up on my order every time. Got a bacon egg biscuit and they didn't even give me the bacon?? Everything about it is fine they just keep messing up on my order.

I went to this location with my friends. Very unwelcoming environment. Staff looks like they do not want to work at all. Took us 15 minutes to make her understand what we are trying to order. And then got drinks wrong. Great! Not going ever again. I will make my own at home.

Went in to buy a few things and was told they couldn't make the Cilantro Lime Veggie wrap as they didn't have ingredients. No big deal.As I was leaving, I heard them taking an order for the same item. Idk if the lady at the counter didn't like me or was straight up lying as I went through the drive through and they took the order for the wrap.Felt like I was discriminated against.

Tim Hortons tends to not be my go to place due to inconsistencies. I was visiting Tobermory and this was our closest food stop . I was pleasantly surprised. The donuts displayed were fresh and the food looked inviting . We purchased the New Dream donuts and the new barbecue crispy chicken bowl . Can i say Wow and Delicious . This location changed my prespective on Tim Hortons but since coming back to my area I have been saddened because everywhere else i order these items they have been horrible . So if you have a chance to get a meal at this location make the stop. I hope you guys continue to provide the meals with quality and make customers happy with their meals.
