Sophia's - Whittier

One of my favorite restaurants in the city. I've been vegan for many years now and have yet to be impressed by a veg restaurant like I am by Shizen. The food is delicious, beautifully arranged, and service is great. Seriously one of my favorite restaurants.

I had the blueberry pancakes which were pretty incredible. They were fluffy and definitely plumped full of blueberries. They were so delicious that I ate most of them with only a little bit of butter. I also had a side of grits with cheese. I would pass on this item next time as it was a bit to watery for me, but it was a huge portion.

The food is constantly well prepared and tasty, staff members hands out awesome customer service. I love the cleanliness and mood. Will come back again.

Salmon was missing at Brunch and toasted breads bagels

Excellent brunch on Sunday! Food was delicious, so many wonderful choices that you can have. Service people gracious and very pleasant. Would love to be able to go there very often
