Marco Polo Pizza - Whittier

I found some inconsistencies with the operating hours of this restaurant. Their website states they close at 8 PM, and when I called in the morning, they confirmed this. However, when I tried to place a pick-up order around 7:05 PM, my calls went unanswered, despite trying twice. So, I decided to go there in person to place my order. To my surprise, when I arrived at 7:30 PM, the restaurant was closed and all the lights were off. This issue seems to happen often. If they plan to close early, they should update their hours online and inform customers when they call so people can come in before a specific time.

Was this Marco Polo located right next to Tacos Mexiko on Atlantic Avenue in East LA? If so, I shared wonderful memories about it with my children. I absolutely loved their pizza, fries, and ranch dressing! They were featured on the Garfield High School football discount card, and I tried it out—it became my favorite pizza, right next to Costco's! But then they moved, or I'm not sure what exactly happened. Over 25 years ago, we didn't have Google to easily search for places, so the thought just faded away. Can someone confirm if it's the same business that used to be on Atlantic?

Everything was well-organized. The pizza was tasty, but they should use more dough to better support it, and the oil should be served on the side so it doesn't quickly soak through. The pasta was decent, though it tasted sweeter than at other places I've been to. This location has potential, and I would consider revisiting in the future.

We get pizza and wings at least once a week. We love their lemon pepper wings. The servi is great . They always delivered faster than quoted.
