NEW OWNER!!! This place is amazing. The new staff, two sisters who took over the shop, are truly making a name for themselves. Everything here is exceptionally fresh. They prepare their own ice cream, cream fillings, waffle batter, smoothies, tamales—everything is homemade and fresh!

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! It's impeccably clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and the customer service is top-notch. I'm glad I didn't let other people's negative experiences sway my own judgment. If I had taken the first review at face value, I would have missed out on the best sandwich and freshest fruit juice I've ever tasted. I highly encourage Ms. Lucy Rivera to visit this place again now that it's under new management. I have no doubt she would revise her earlier comment and recommend it to all her friends and family. You should definitely check it out—you’re going to love it! After all, everyone deserves a second chance, right?

The service was outstanding, and the drinks were unique and delicious. I always left feeling fantastic after each visit!

The Raspados (fruit flavored shaved ice) are outstanding and the Tortas (Mexican style sandwich) are delicious and in a very generous size. The owner is a lady who is as beautiful as she is friendly, courteous, and efficient. I've been coming to El Manantial for years and have never been disappointed.
