Jamba - Whittier

I've visited this place often, but I was disappointed to find that they don't offer fresh juices or wheat grass.

The smoothie was fantastic, and the service was excellent. However, the straws were too narrow; I would recommend using larger diameter straws to prevent the fruit pieces from getting stuck.

This Jamba Juice usually provides great service, but I was really disappointed during my recent visit. My daughter preordered a drink before heading to work and specified the time it should be ready for pick-up. When she arrived to collect her drink, it wasn't even made yet. She was quite upset since she had already paid for it and couldn’t wait because of her work schedule. Unfortunately, the staff did nothing to resolve the situation or expedite the preparation of her drink. Because of this experience, we won't be returning to this Jamba Juice. It's such a shame, especially since we love Jamba Juice and have never encountered service this poor before.

I really like Jamba, though a little pricey they still serve great drinks. I recently ordered a drink and right as they were about to pour it into the cup one of the employees dropped some on her hand. She then proceeded to put the slush from her handinto the cup.???? The employee was not wearing gloves. I went up to the cashier and told asked if they could make me a newdrink. Gladly he made it and was cool about it. If it were not for him I would?ve given a bad review. Thanks!

Hadn't been to Jamba Juice in years and they've changed their smoothie menu a lot, they don't have my old favorite the Citrus Squeeze anymore, but the Watermelon Breeze is a great new addition.
