Ordered on the app for delivery. The chips were cold and soggy. But worst of all one of our groups meal was missing. It arrives in a sealed bag so it was not the delivery person. Yet McDonalds refuse to send another one and told us to contact deliveroo for a refund?! Unfortunatly this is the second time this has happened. Out of the 2 times we've ordered!
