Could be faster, biscuits need some help...over-worked and crumbling. Fell apart while trying to eat my Chicken Egg Cheese.

Fix app to let staff know you are there waiting for your order at curbside. Had to go inside and get my order.

So we pull up to the drive through, my husband orders 1 Egg biscuit, 1 Bacon Egg Biscuit and 1 Chicken biscuit. Pretty dang easy order. But they kept repeating back ' 'Sausage, Egg and Cheese biscuit and 2 egg and cheese biscuits . This went on for about 3 minutes, finally he said to pull around. Got up to window and lady ringing order repeated back Sausage Egg and cheese biscuit and 2 egg biscuits Again we had to correctly repeat the order. We then had to pull up to a space to wait for the order, a few minutes later guy came out with our order. Opened it and cheese on the bacon egg biscuit and on the egg biscuit. I guess they just cannot fathom someone not wanting cheese on their biscuit so they did it anyway. They badly need the Chick-fil-A school of order taking and Customer Service ASAP.

Self-serve drink machine and ice tea urn have been broken for several weeks. They now include a wing in the one-piece meal instead of two sides. Wings are a rip!

It was a Blessing to see a full staff. Also, they were working in sync during a rush hour to satisfy all the customers. The quality and quantity and taste, not least the price, is Excellent Value. BY the way, I always purchase the DELICIOUS EXTRA FLUFFY BISCUITS !!! God Bless
