Domino's Pizza - Whitehouse

Great deals and people are nice but both times the dough was not done

I ordered the curbside pickup, and was there about 5 minutes before my order was ready. We sat there for 15 minutes after it showed my order was completed. My mother went in to check on it , and they did not even acknowledge her. I went in to see what was going on and no one said anything to me either. So I spoke up and said excuse me and told them I had been waiting. It had been sitting on the shelf ready the whole time. The food was no longer hot, and the tots were soggy and nasty. I ended up taking the tots back for a refund. This was bot a good impression for our first visit here, and I am not sure we will be going back.

Usually love Domino's pizza, but I ordered delivery for the first time from this store last night and got a cheese and Alfredo sauce pizza instead of the pepperoni, bacon, onion I ordered. Was very disappointed ?

My husband and I rarely eat out. I had some good dominoes pizza from Jacksonville Texas some time ago. We were going through WhiteHouse and thought we would stop and take Dominoes pizza home. The Whitehouse Dominoes was very stingy on toppings, it was mostly just bread, we won't be back.

Normally I don’t post reviews but was very disappointed in the quality of service and the food. Ordered a pizza, wings, and a salad. Pulled up to the window, had 3 employees look at us and no one came to the window even to say they would be right back with us. After waiting a few minutes finally honked the horn. Picked up our order and got home to find out that the salad is prepackaged and was out of date, the cheese had turned water and the lettuce was wilted. The wings were undercooked and the pizza was kind of just thrown together. We have been here before and never had bad service. But will definitely not be back. Prices have went up, but the quality of food has went down.
