Tim Hortons - Whitehorse

This restaurant has been declining over the past couple of years. They've frequently run out of menu items, beverages are often filled less than three-quarters full, and the staff seems to struggle with the language, affecting their ability to perform their jobs. It's really disappointing to see this once-great Canadian franchise lose its quality.

I can’t visit Canada without making a stop at Tim Hortons at least once. A few weeks ago, I returned to this Tim's on my first morning in Whitehorse, just before heading out to the Canol Trail (MP 222) later that day. Tim Hortons now offers a great selection of breakfast sandwiches, and I opted for the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I settled in at a table by the window and savored my breakfast while watching the drive-thru traffic. I have to agree with a couple of my Canadian friends that the quality and flavor of Tim Hortons coffee are not what they used to be. My decision to have black coffee reminded me of my childhood in Iowa, where mornings were often accompanied by less-than-robust Folgers.

Our first trip to Tim Hortons. The donuts were good, but the breakfast sandwiches were the bomb! Egg, cheese sausage on a bagel. Hot and cooked perfectly. Wish we had this place in California!!!!

Worst service I've had at a restaurant in a very long time. They can't even make a coffee, right? Nor can they read the sign properly to say, like no tomatoes on a Sandwich when people are allergic to that.And I'm just complete arguing with me over less. When I know I'm right and just complete disrespect. So as far as I'm concerned. I will never be eating at a Tim Horton's ever again. As long as I can live and I will be telling people to stay away from Timmy's.
