KFC - Whitehorse

KFC consistently serves tasty food, although it's not something you would eat every day. The quality remains consistent, but the customer service can vary. The Brentford location faces challenges with bugs and navigating the Safeway parking lot due to ongoing upgrades. It can feel like a chaotic game of Dodgem cars trying to maneuver through. This leads to slower service from young employees who struggle with handling multiple customers. While the food is satisfying, the overall experience is lacking due to poor customer service.

This KFC is very similar to all other locations in terms of the food, but what sets it apart is the staff. The service was very quick and my order was correct.

I visited this KFC in search of the secret recipe. Unfortunately, this KFC did not deliver quality finger-licking good food. Disappointing.

KFC is a good meal every now and again. Not the food for every day consumption. It's all the same but customer service changes. Brentford squares have some bug issues navigating the Safeway car park due to current upgrades. It's like dodgem cars trying to navigate the drive through. It means you have to walk inside and have counter service. They are slow and have young people serving who seem to have a problem with multi skilling or serving more than two customers. Food ok but customer service lacking.

The same as all other KFC fast food only thing that's different is the staff. Very quick everyone I have been there no mistakes in the order
