Compadres Burritos - Whitehorse

The food was good, I asked for a burrito and that was what I was given. It's not a burrito. You wouldn't have given me another order because it had everything I asked. For a Burrito place you should know what I mean when I ask for a Burrito

Food is always great. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I love the mother load taco salads with extra chicken, egg and beans, perfect after a good work out.

Probably the worst Tacos I've had the displeasure of putting in my mouth and unfortunatly I ordered 4 of them beef and chicken. Taco Time/Taco Bell at any mall is better than what I received from this place. Soggy tortillas, old lettuce covering an absolute miniscule amount of rice and protein. Flavorless beef and chicken that was barely warm. Do better. Your tacos sucked when I tried them. They are an insult to the street food they are inspired by. I wish I could put no stars

I thought I would give this a try, I asked for a recommendation from the staff, beef or chicken. So I got a regular burrito, came to $13 I think and nothing in it had flavour. The sour cream and little hint of salsa was the only thing I could taste. The Beans were just strained out of the can, the rice had no seasoning and the chicken was soft but bland, absolutely no spices or flavor. I will not be trying anything else on the menu. Although I seen people in and out of there, I did not get the hype or anything worth going for seconds.

Good burritos and tasty meal. Some small improvements however could be made. I wish they offered white flour tortillas and more options in terms of dishes. I don't want a marginally healthier meal, I want the best taste and to go for full grain tortilla is kinda silly. Overall not a bad place for a bite and some Mexican food. The tacos are good enough for the price and circumstances, shame they are not available year round.
