Menu was nothing like what was online, service was amazing but the food was just okay

Service was choppy. After 4 wine requests finally a bottle was found. Food (Steak) was not good. Dessert was offered before we were finished dining. Obviously this server was new and not trained well. Property did not earn its 5 star rating for the Boat Club Restuarant. 3 of us dined that evening. Waited forever for drinks. Although this was our 3rd visit we will not be back. C J Alpine Travel Club

Wonderful views, great service and excellent food. Was a terrific experience in dining out.

Overall, I found the experience quite disappointing. The $64 steak fillet was charred, overcooked, and had a strong taste of charcoal. The service was just mediocre. I didn't expect to see flies landing on the food at a fine dining establishment. It felt overpriced for the quality received.

We are long time customers of the Boat Club and The Lodge, though we cannot enjoy it as often as we would like. We brought guests from the east coast and we were all treated beautifully. We are amazed that you are able to continue pulling off such great service and wonderful culinary delights through such challenging times. Bravo to all.
