Tim Hortons - White Plains

Never make at 5 o'clock on weekdays as they claim. I usually see someone in front of my train at 5:50. when they were confronted later on the day, they pleaded ignorance. this location is located in a busy railway station and is the only place for a coffee for a quarter mile even in the middle of the day. they could do good business if they only open when they say they open.

Management: PLEASE start with decaf espresso-based drinks and/or decaf ice coffee. it doesn't make any sense (potential) customers wait in the line, how long (service is slow, probably due to personal problems) just to find out that they don't have a basic coffee house spins... and it puts their already possessed employees in an careless position.

Great coffee, donuts and sandwiches. Love their hot chocolate as well. Good customer service.

I went early in the morning and the donuts were not fresh. Every donut in the box was stale, very disappointing.

The food is nice but honestly most of the workers are so rude and don’t understand your order. They mess up my order every time!! Also the milkshakes are so bad and oh I didn’t even get whip cream on top of it ??
