TGI FRIDAYS - White Plains

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had on Opentable. Our reservation was not honored, the hostess was extremely rude, and my family was left confused. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant before. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place and any related restaurants. I will never spend money here again.

Food quality was mediocre. Soup came out cool. Needed to send back. They just reheated the dish. Set back dirty spoon with heated soup caked on. Steak over cooked.

Way too long a wait for food! Server never brought the rewards chips to us! : The restaurant was not even very busy on NY Eve yet we waited 45 minuted to receive out appetizer order! We wanted to eat dinner but service was SLOW!!! Managers need to get things moving better. This is not the frist time this has happened. Drinks are very much watered down.

Very busy night. Our waiter was attentive and accommodating. The kitchen got overwhelmed and caused major food delays. Other than that.. another night out.

The restaurant did an outstanding job accommodating our large group.
