Stayed here for business with a large group, hotel was great! Accommodating and helpful, from the front desk staff to the restaurant, to housekeeping and maintenance! Felt very comfortable and confident with the COVID policies and procedures. Definitely recommend if you will be in the White Plains area...

As I was checking in tonight there was a woman who was cursing and carrying on and disrespecting the hotel manager. she then turned her anger on me because I tried to come to the defense of the manager. she was 2 inches from me with her mask down threatening to hit me. A little pricey for bar food and drinks .i never said it was good

After a business meeting, we went back to the Crowne Plaza to catch up on paperwork and decided just to eat lunch at the hotel. I ordered the Grilled Caesar steak wrap medium rare. It came served with fries and didn 't look anything special but one bite and I was in a state of amazement. What have we uncovered here?!!! . The steak was so tender and the lettuce crisp and fresh. The warm wrap in my hands was dripping a delicately flavoured Caesar dressing onto the fries...The second bite was even better. I couldn 't finish the fries and the service was really good. It was one of the most affordable dishes on the menu and it is worth coming back for.
