Whataburger - White Oak

The food is usually okay, not great but passable. The service here is horrible. I don't expect much, it's just fast food. It took ten minutes for someone to acknowledge us at the drive through and there was no one in front of us or in the dining area. There were five staff members working so they weren't even short staffed. When we finally got our order and pulled up to the front the worker was face timing somebody instead of working.

Worst location in Texas! New management needed by far. One employee along side a manager is not sufficient for Whataburger at any time of day. 20 minutes waiting for someone to take an order and nobody is in line or in the restaurant

The gravy was thin for my chicken strip where not xry fries were a little cold and old

Got breakfast at 1130pm In the drive thru. Service was great and my honey butter chicken biscuit was so fresh

We have ordered from here many times and the orders are usually correct and the food tastes fresh. The last order wasn't correct and the burger patties were dry like they had been cooked for some time. No one answers when you call to complain. I will be taking this to a higher power.
