I urge the owners of this place to take action. It was the best sub shop around and had me going at least once a week when it first opened. It has gone quickly downhill over the past 6 months. Orders incorrect or made inadequately, quality of ingredients clearly not as fresh, stale bread, longer than normal wait times when a pick up time is made. I find myself going here less and less because its just getting disappointing on a regular basis now. The cost was justified when

Food is never too bad. it?s usually mediocre at best. they don?t follow requests on anything like to leave a specific topping off. and even though they make the fries when you get there to pick it up they are somehow always cold. really not worth the money. you?d get better subs from subway.

After missing lunch and supper we were starving. We pulled in front of the restaurant at 7:48 yesterday evening. The ?Open? sign was lit and the store hours said upon until 8pm. However, the door was locked and an employee was inside, right in front of the door mopping. He refused to look at us. I know restaurant jobs have minimal pay and people want to go home on time, but if your ?open? sign is lighted and it?s 12 minutes before closing, then acknowledge us and quickly make

I love small business and rarely do not provide the benefit of the doubt but, this place was filthy and the food quality was really bad. I got a steak sandwich special, I could not even finish and tossed out over half the sandwich. NO fixings at all were provided and the taste was less than acceptable. I would suggest some deep cleaning and some employee training. One of the employees was eating his lunch in the lobby next to me, but was not food from the store?

Ordered the steak and tuna. Steak It?s not so much that the sandwich was bad, it?s that it was so cheaply made. All bread and barely any meat or cheese. Tuna much better!
