Dunkin' - White Lake

Not my favorite DD. Coffee just doesn't seem as hot as other DD's . They often get simple request wrong and always seem to be out of donuts or bagels when I want one. I know their job isn't easy for what they make, but they could be a little bit more friendly to their customers.

Always friendly and nice so early in the morning. Love the notes on my bag!

Drive thru was quick and easy! lovely service first thing in the morning and food came very fast! Parking: parking seemed limited in the designated parking lot but drive thru has a separate lane to enter.

I made a mobile order before going into work. Assuming my order would be ready by the time I got there I saw that the drive-through had long line so I end up going inside. I stood by the counter from 8 AM to 8:10 AM until I finally realized that these people weren’t going to ask me what I was waiting for, nobody said anything to me. They watch me stand there for 10 minutes. Poor customer service. Yes you’re busy, but there were other people that were in there, waiting as well for their items they ordered, and we’re being taken care of and I wasn’t even addressed nor approached so I was late for work. I have a half a cup of A white toasted latte that I paid five dollars for I didn’t even wanna go back inside because I was already upset Who knows how long I would’ve waited a second time I needed to head to work but furthermore I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Delicious coffee. It's exactly what you expect from a Dunkin location.
