Bubba's Bbq - White Lake

We ate lunch there today. Must have been an off day...bbq shrimp rice(shrimp ok, rice cold). Bethel burger(med.well...dried out burger on over- sized bun). Service by Michelle... excellent!

The food is great and the staff are very nice and accommodate your needs as much as possible! The view from the deck is also gorgeous! We recommend the brisket, sweet potato fries, salad bar, buffet (when they have it), and the 'fish of the day '.

After reading rather positive reviews, we popped in before a concert at Bethel Woods. The crowds had just left to get to the concert and it was after the dinner rush, so seating had options: inside, outside on top deck or bottom deck. We opted for outside on the bottom deck, as space was readily available. Our server was very polite and quick to take our drink orders, as well as answer any questions for us about the menu. She did space-out on our order and brought the wrong main dish and side, leaving a not-so-pleasant taste to a BBQ dinner. She did take 10% off the bill, but after a meager tip, it was a wash. While it was a Friday and an all-you-can-eat buffet was available, we opted for simple options from the menu: pulled pork with fries and a veggie burger with sweet potato fries and deep fried pickles. Unfortunately, no part of the order met expectations. The pulled pork was flavorless and soggy with no bit of char anywhere. The veggie burger was MIA and replaced by a flavorless turkey burger. Neither the BBQ sauce on the table nor the ketchup could resuscitate either meal. The sweet potato fries never made it to the kitchen and were replaced with regular fries at our server's error. The check could not come fast enough (seriously, it took almost 20 minutes to sort out) and we left feeling disappointed in the overall experience. For a quick bite, it is convenient. Just temper expectations re: food quality and service.

Fast service great food and everyone was extremely friendly!

Good food. We sat on the back deck overlooking White Lake. Very Nice!
