Bidrage med feedbackVisited my Brother who moved recently to White House. Service was excellent. Large portions for sure. I had the chicken fajitas and my brother got a beef burrito. Both were very good Margaritas were also really good. Plenty of punch to them.
I really liked the food, good quality and great value for money. Service was perfect, and had a great experience. Would recommend.
Great food, friendly staff, and a wonderful porch to sit on. We usually get the Pollo Bandido, Quesadilla Gigante with chick, or a Taco Fajita Salad with chicken.
I've been going to this restaurant for 8+ years and the food is consistently amazing , the workers are always kind , they normally have a lot of people inside so they can be in a rush but i can't recall a time the service was ever bad . the restaurant is always clean including the bathrooms . overall i love eating here and i recommend it !
I just arrived at The Hampton Inn about a half hour ago in White House, Tennessee. I needed to get unpacked quickly so I decided to have an early dinner 5:00 p.m. Tenessee time). The restaurant is one of three Mexican restaurants in town and the hotel staff highly recommended Los Agaves since I enjoy Mexican food. Los Agaves is across the street from the Hampton sitting behind Arby's on Highway 76. I had no idea Walmart plus a strip center was at the bottom of the hill as well. It's difficult to see from Highway 76. The restaurant has an upscale decor, minus the bright colors, with wood accents, neutral walls and high-back cherry booths along with 4-top tables for seating. A large, covered patio with ceiling fans and many 4-top tables is another seating option. Indoors the long row of tables running between the booths are not being used due to social distancing. The menu offers terrific appetizers try the spinach queso or bacon wrapped jalapenos), salads and delicious entrees most are expecting from Quesadillas, Burritos, Enchiladas,Tacos to Fajitas. Protein wise your selections are steak, chicken, excellent pork and hamburger for most entrees plus Queso dip can be substituted for a small upcharge on any entree. My first visit included spinach queso dip, bacon wrapped jalapenos and diced steak served over rice smothered in queso dip. The appetizers were the highlight for me. I ordered off the lunch menu served until 3:00) on my second trip with the 3-egg omelette with my special request of pork covered in queso dip, refried beans and flan for dessert. This was my favorite meal with a large, fluffy omelette folded over tender, flavorful, chunks of pork then smothered in queso dip $8.25). The refried beans were creamy and topped with melted cheese. I could easily eat this meal several times a week. The flan had a generous amount of sauce and held it's own in the flan department. Service was excellent on my first visit Saturday evening even though it was extremely busy. Sunday afternoon at 2:00 wasn't busy and I felt ignored and rarely saw my server. I thought it was because I sat on the patio but the other patio servers were very attentive to their guests. My server just seemed disinterested and didn't engage with anyone. Bad day I guess? I can recommend Los Agaves if you are searching for a Mexican restaurant with a diverse menu, affordable, accepting of substitutions and delicious food. I'm still thinking about the bacon wrapped, stuffed jalapenos which I haven't seen offered at Mexican restaurants before. Stop in and pick your favorite entree or just enjoy appetizers and a top shelf maragarita with friends. I'm extremely happy the Hampton recommended Los Agaves.
